Roswitha Kirchsteiger-Lichtenberger
Roswitha Kirchsteiger-Lichtenberger studied law at the Karl-Franzens-University in Graz and earned her doctorate at the Paris-Lodron-University in Salzburg. Her dissertation deals with the interdisciplinary issues of hunting law, especially from a civil law perspective.
Roswitha Kirchsteiger-Lichtenberger worked as an administrative lawyer in Styria for several years. She completed her lawyer training at WOLF THEISS Attorneys at Law in Vienna; in the year 2004, she was admitted to the Austrian Bar for the first time.
After her postgraduate MBA-studies at the SDA Bocconi University in Milan in 2004/2005, Roswitha Kirchsteiger-Lichtenberger worked as a Senior Consultant at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants focusing on the areas of telecommunications and energy.
Since 2009, Roswitha Kirchsteiger-Lichtenberger has worked as a legal expert at JUCONOMY Attorneys at Law in Vienna.
In October 2012, Roswitha Kirchsteiger-Lichtenberger was again admitted to the Austrian Bar and was made a partner in our law firm. Besides general commercial law and contractual law, her main practice areas are in general administrative law as well as selected areas of commercial law, especially legal issues concerning the operation of public pharmacies.
On the basis of her experience in energy markets, she is also consulting in the field of legal requirements for traction supply as part of railway regulation.
