People with very low incomes need legal advice from time to time as well. We sympathise with their concerns and have provided free legal advice in the “Gruft“, the Caritas Care Centre, in Vienna since 1997.
We offer consultation twice a month in the so-called “Gruft“, regularly supported by a social worker.
The main aim of the consultation is to help the person seeking advice onto the right path. The topics are varied and they include social and labour law, family law, inheritance law, as well as payment disputes and some very unusual administrative legal issues. At the end of each consultation, those seeking advice should be able to proceed along the correct legal path with the support of social workers.
Since 1997, we have carried out several hundred consultations together with a couple of friendly lawyers.
